LET’S GET
YOU LIFTING.
RepScript was previously called Next Set. The current beta and Notes share-sheet action may still use that name. The first TestFlight beta is being prepared for review. There is no public installation link yet. This beta requires an iPhone running iOS 26.5 or later.

Quick answers
How do I start a workout?
Open Workout, choose today’s setup and build a checklist. Review or edit the exercises, start the workout, then record completed sets. Only the sets you log become training history.
How do I import my Notes?
In Notes, share a note using Send Copy, then choose the app in the share sheet (Next Set in the current beta). You can also copy text and paste it into the app’s import screen. Review the parsed exercises and sets before saving. The app cannot browse your Notes database directly.
Why can’t I use the coach?
Open Coach connection, continue with Apple, and allow workout context to be sent to OpenAI. Beta AI access is limited, including a shared daily cap. If the app says your allowance is unavailable, contact support. No developer API key is needed in the TestFlight app. Logging still works offline.
Can I change or skip an exercise?
Yes. Edit the checklist before starting, or adjust the remaining workout during a session. Record only the sets you complete. AI suggestions are drafts you control.
Are the strength scores or muscle map medical advice?
No. The muscle map reflects logged training coverage. Strength and rep-max numbers are estimates, not verified maximums, injury assessments or medical advice. The app does not diagnose injuries or prescribe rehabilitation.
How do I manage my data?
AI sharing and connected-health sharing have separate controls. You can turn them off, delete imported health data from RepScript, and delete the coach account in Coach connection. Deleting the coach account does not erase your local notebook or the originals in Notes or Health. See the privacy notice for more detail.
