YOUR DATA.
PLAIN ENGLISH.
Privacy notice for RepScript, previously called Next Set / Workout Notes. Updated September 11, 2026 to reflect the new name; data handling is unchanged. RepScript is operated by Shashank Nayak. Questions or privacy requests: shashanknayak33@gmail.com.
Your workout notebook
Workout notes, exercise matches, logged sets, preferences and strength information are stored on your device. Importing text from Notes or a file does not automatically send it to an AI provider. You review imports before saving. Your device’s backup settings may apply to local notebook data; RepScript does not provide cloud notebook sync in this beta.
The optional AI coach
If you enable workout-context sharing and request AI help, selected context is sent through our Cloudflare-hosted service to OpenAI. It can include your workout summaries, selected recent sets, limited note excerpts, goals, restrictions, soreness, equipment, profile information, bodyweight and the current workout. This can contain health information you have entered. It is used to generate the requested plan or advice, not to advertise to you.
The optional exercise-matching pass sends the selected exercise phrases and relevant context to the same service. Importing a notebook alone does not trigger this pass. You review proposed matches before accepting them. You can turn off AI sharing and continue logging offline.
Apple Health
Health import requires your permission and reads supported bodyweight, sleep and workout summaries. It does not write to or change Health records. Review imported data before adding it. Imported health records are excluded from automatic device backups by the app.
A separate setting, off by default, controls whether connected health data may be included when you request an AI plan. You can revoke Health access in system settings or remove imported records from RepScript without deleting the originals in Health. Google Health is disabled in this beta.
Sign-in and service records
The coach uses Sign in with Apple. The service validates Apple’s identity token and stores a pseudonymous account identifier, access allowance and hashed session credentials. It does not store your Apple password. Login challenges expire after five minutes and sessions after seven days. The service receives network information, such as IP addresses, to handle requests and limit abusive sign-in attempts.
To avoid duplicate paid requests, the service stores encrypted AI replies temporarily. Replies become eligible for removal after 24 hours; cleanup runs hourly. Request identifiers, dates, status and token counts are kept for allowance accounting for up to 93 days, with hourly cleanup. Raw request context is not stored in the service database and application request logging is disabled. Anonymous daily usage and beta-admission totals may remain after account deletion.
Our providers
Cloudflare processes requests and hosts the service database. OpenAI processes the selected AI context. We request that responses not be saved as retrievable response objects. This does not mean zero retention: OpenAI’s default abuse-monitoring policy may retain content for up to 30 days, with stated legal and safety exceptions. API data is not used for model training by default. Read OpenAI’s data controls and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Your controls and deletion
In Coach connection, choose Delete coach account to remove its active service account, sessions, request ledger and cached plans. This does not erase your local notebook, original Notes or Health records, or independently retained provider records. You can delete workouts in the app and remove imported health data separately. Email support for help with privacy requests; do not send sensitive workout details unless needed for the request.
Feedback and this website
If you contact support, we receive the email and content you choose to send and use it to resolve your request. Apple provides TestFlight feedback and crash-reporting features under its own policies. This website is hosted with OpenAI Sites; its hosting provider receives ordinary web-request information. We add no advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this site or app, and do not sell workout or health data.
About the beta
This pilot is intended for adults. It is a fitness logging and planning tool, not a medical or rehabilitation service. We will update this notice when data handling changes and ask for additional consent where needed.
